Victoria (Eleanor) Grover, PA‑C, has devoted more than 40 years to caring for the people of Aroostook County. Throughout her career, her vision has remained unwavering: to advocate for every patient with the same dedication and protectiveness she would offer a member of her own family.

Her resilience, integrity, and steadfast commitment to patient‑centered care have allowed her to sustain an independent primary care practice through decades of change in the healthcare landscape. Victoria is known for her kindness, compassion, intelligence, and adventurous spirit—qualities that have shaped not only her clinical work but the culture of Full Circle Health Care itself.

She is, quite simply, an extraordinary human being, and her leadership continues to anchor and inspire the practice.

Victoria's patient panel is currently full, but her wisdom is always available for patient consultation. 

Kathryn Raymond, FNP‑C, is an Aroostook County native with more than a decade of nursing experience and a deep commitment to individualized, patient‑centered care. Her clinical background spans fast‑paced, high‑acuity emergency and critical care settings, as well as the complexities of primary care and the intimate, relationship‑driven world of hospice. These experiences shaped her belief that excellent medicine blends evidence‑based practice with genuine human connection.

As both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a certified Functional Medicine provider, Kathryn brings a dual lens to problem‑solving. She helps patients explore the root causes of their health concerns and uniquely blends two worlds- conventional medicine and functional medicine- into a unified, thoughtful approach to care.
