We serve as medical providers, but also as interpreters of medical information and advocates for our patients as they navigate through an increasingly complex health care system.
Our team is deeply committed to serving you with respect, compassion. and the highest standard of medical care. We want to know what matters to you- your health concerns and goals. We are committed to listening to you and doing our best to give you the knowledge and information you need to make decisions that will move you towards your healthiest life.
We understand that different individuals choose different paths. We offer treatment plans that draw from both conventional and functional medicine. Because we are an independent medical practice, we can work with any medical facility: We work with Northern Light, Cary Medical Center/Pines, Maine Medical Partners and all Maine specialists and medical facilities.
We help our patients as they work towards their personal health goals. We make recommendations for life-style changes, testing and medications.
Our patients are not always ready or able to act on our recommendations. We understand that. If you are a Full Circle patient, we will still be here for you no matter what decisions you make about your life and health. Our job is not to judge, but to support you.
Providing high quality, individualized care is the highest priority of each of our team members.
Our history
In 2004 three local primary care providers came together as joint owners of a new independent family practice in Presque Isle. They called their practice Full Circle Health Care. Their intention was to create a humane medical home, where staff could work together as a genuine team and providers had the time they needed to give the best care to their patients.
Like many adventures, running a medical office turned out to be more difficult than the three women had anticipated. By 2010 only one of the three, E Victoria Grover, PAC, remained at Full Circle.
Victoria continues today as the owner and chief medical officer of Full Circle. We've been very fortunate over the years to have the help of dedicated providers, CNAs, MAs, secretaries, and referral specialists to help with our direct patient care. In addition, we also have patient support staff who have been vital to managing the intricacies of health insurance and running a small business.
We continue to enjoy the talents and teamwork of our current staff and look forward to many more years providing the best primary care possible in Aroostook County!
